Responsibilities

End to end preparation of relevant product release materials including release summaries, release messages, and relevant product websites

Designing and continuously improving the release materials process and framework

Developing and maintaining a strong subject matter understanding of the products in the KGSG Audit portfolio

Engaging with documentation owners and guidance professionals to drive design, development, and packaging of required product publications

Managing the gathering of release materials and documentation scope for each release milestone

Leading the solicitation of inputs for key deliverable-level planning details

Required

Experience in working with preparation technical documentation– focused on technology product documentation / content management experience

Project management

Using Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and project management tools

Working with Microsoft SharePoint document management system and Microsoft Teams collaboration

Excellent teamwork – including working with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organizational structure

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including working in international and multicultural environment

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives

Sees opportunities for efficiency and drives continuous improvement

Proven ability to work efficiently towards deadline and making robust, balanced and independent decisions on priority

Proven ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail

Proven ability to focus on broader context and the ability to plan and adapt for contingencies

A high level of independence, energy and integrity; respect for a diversity of opinions and styles

Acceptance of accountability and responsibility

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or foreign equivalent in computer science or related discipline
