Responsibilities
Develop and lead the Company’s data analytics and digital strategy to support business goals and enhance competitive advantage
Collaborate with senior leadership to align data analytics and digital initiatives with overall company strategy
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the Company remains at the forefront of digital innovation
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform strategic decisions
Develop and implement advanced analytics models to improve marketing performance and customer insights
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
Work closely with Engagement Strategists and optimize digital channels to enhance user experience and achieve marketing objectives
Implement and manage marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline and enhance digital marketing efforts
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data analysts, digital marketers, and strategists
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data analytics and digital initiatives
Regularly report on performance and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement based on performance data
Partner with client IT, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data analytics and digital strategies
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance capabilities and deliver innovative solutions

Required
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in data analytics, digital strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven initiatives
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
Expertise in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability and approach to team building
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Must be able to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week in a Calcium+Company office or client location
Preferred
Master’s degree in data science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of the healthcare marketing industry is a plus
