Responsibilities
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Stanford researchers, engineers, and clinicians to design, develop, and test this service.
Gather a deep understanding of pain clinicians, including their needs, workflow, challenges, etc. with respect to gathering patient data, generating reports, and recommending therapies.
Market-test features and ideas for this service, iterating as needed to create a compelling offering that can address their needs and integrate seamlessly into their workflow.
Investigate potential revenue models, such as CPT codes, and pressure-test workflows in the market.
Partner with engineering to build a v1, launchable version of this service to at least a dozen clinicians, both inside and outside of Stanford. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage milestones and deliver on a timely basis.

Required
6+ years of product management experience or related industry experience, with proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
Product management or other experience in clinical environment
Strategic product thinker, with ability to deeply understand user needs and convert those into a product solution.
Experience working in a technical environment with a cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (engineering, design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
Self-starter and scrappy: can work independently and comfortable setting direction for product, executing fast, coming up with own processes.
Able to communicate clearly with various stakeholders (clinicians, patient representatives, administrative staff, and technical teams) to understand and express needs and create consensus.
Preferred
Experience building products from the ground up, including finding market fit for a new product solution
Experience working in a smaller startup environment
Passion for improving the experience for people suffering with chronic pain! :)
