Responsibilities
Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assess their needs, and provide immediate assistance.
Receive intensive hands-on training to become an expert in products and services, market demographics, sales techniques, communication styles, compliance procedures, and more.
Use a lead-based system to greet, qualify, recommend, and close customer interactions.
Follow all CDC and local mandates while working with customers to ensure safety.
Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with privacy guidelines.
Evaluate current onboarding and training procedures to improve customer relationships and sales cycles.
Work with team members to set customer outreach and acquisition targets.
Enforce values and exemplify them through interactions with customers, team members, and clients.

Required
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position.
