Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of over 50 real-time analysts and their managers, ensuring high performance, professional development, and operational excellence.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk intelligence.

Career Development: Enhance opportunities for career development, growth, and learning for a globally distributed team of intelligence analysts.

Throughput Management: Optimize workflow and processes to maximize the throughput of risk intelligence without compromising quality.

Cost Management: Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to manage the operational budget while maintaining high standards of performance.

Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies for team structure, including offshoring, shift management, and cross-functional interactions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate automation and tooling solutions, increasing operational efficiency and quality.

Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of risk intelligence operations.

Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to improve risk intelligence operations.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.

Manager Development: Mentor and develop direct reports who manage analysts, ensuring strong leadership and effective team management.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Security Studies, or a related field

10+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on complex organizations and a demonstrated ability to work cross functionally

Proven track record of managing large teams, including managing other managers and delivering high-quality results

Extensive experience in developing and implementing cost-effective operational strategies

Demonstrated skill in working across teams to create successful partnerships and achieve common goals

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Proficiency in using operational and analytical tools

Deep understanding of risk intelligence, operational resilience, and team management practices
