Responsibilities

Support the entire contracts management lifecycle of Public Sector Projects as per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplements (DFARS), and GSA Acquisition Regulation (GSAR).
Assist in reviewing RFQs and RFPs for contractual analysis, compliance, and risk assessment.
Draft non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with partners.
Support compliance requirements development and client service team coordination.
Administer Government Schedules, review/audit responses, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support Contracts Compliance, including compliance framework, risk management, periodic reviews, and training.
Monitor updates to FAR and associated rules, develop compliance training, and communicate updates to personnel.
Support other Practice Infrastructure requirements such as security and data protection.
Support interaction with BDO national offices on contracts, compliance, and infrastructure needs.
Perform other duties as required.

Required

Bachelor’s degree, required
One (1) or more years of relevant contracts and compliance experience in the Federal Government/Vendor arena, required
Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations, Defense Acquisitions Regulations and contracting rules, requirements and procedures, required
Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word, required
Prior experience utilizing online documentation / software, required
Candidate must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance

Preferred

Master’s degree, preferred
Prior experience working within a professional services firm, preferred
