Responsibilities
Managing daily calendars for 2 to 4 Company Directors and Senior Directors
Entering, validating, and closing expense reports
Planning and executing meetings and team events with teams of 100+ people
Planning and booking travels
Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting within compliance rules
Creating and updating databases for financial, personnel, and other information
Track and replace office supplies, as necessary
Assist other admins, as needed

Required
10+ years' experience across multiple roles in Big Tech
Strong facilitation and communication skills with large teams (50+ people)
Strong ability to plan ahead and see around corners
Education: Arts or business degree preferred, but not mandatory
Collaborative, high-energy self-starter, quick learner, and team player
Preferred
Previous Program Manager experience
Planning small to medium projects
Tracking tasks and owners and providing regular status updates
Closing projects and summarizing outputs
Previous Multimedia Communications experience
Managing a Knowledge Management site using Atlassian Confluence
Creating impactful Keynote slides
Creating formatted emails for special communications to the team
Managing access to Adobe Stock
