Responsibilities
Report Maintenance and Creation: Maintain existing Power BI reports and develop new ones based on business needs.
Ad-Hoc Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc reporting utilizing SQL and Excel to provide timely insights and support decision-making.
Data Integration: Ensure accurate and efficient data integration from various sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
AI Integration: Explore and implement AI solutions to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and standards for reporting and analytics tasks.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining Power BI reports.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated experience in conducting ad-hoc reporting to meet dynamic business needs.
Knowledge of AI applications in analytics and a strong desire to integrate AI solutions into reporting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and methods.
Preferred
Previous experience in the cosmetics or direct-selling industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications in data analytics, Power BI, or AI are a plus.
