Responsibilities

Manage the relationship between TalentPop agents and the brands we work with.
Help establish Standard Operating Procedures for our client’s customer service processes.
Help new customer service agents get up to speed with the brand they’re going to be working with.
Provide support and guidance to the Customer Service Team, and work with Team Leaders to ensure that our Customer Service Agents are providing exceptional service.
Set customer satisfaction goals and KPIs, and work with the team to meet them consistently.
Work closely with the Co-Founder and Director of Customer Success to brainstorm new ways to increase client satisfaction.
Identify strategic insights from customer interactions and utilize data and customer insights to report to the leadership team.

Required

You love people and people love you. You’ve often been told you are a warm person and can easily build rapport. The vast majority of the role is going to be interacting with business owners, and training their new agents, therefore you must enjoy people or this isn’t going to work ;)

You have experience or are interested in the fast-growing E-Commerce Industry.

Preferred

Experience at an Agency, E-Commerce Brand or SAAS company is a plus!
Location: We are open to accepting applications from anywhere in the United States as well as those who are local in the Orange County/LA Area!
