Responsibilities

Required
Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, analytics, or a similar field.
3-5+ years in analytics or data science, focused on campaign performance.
Proficient in advanced statistical methods and A/B testing.
Proficient in SQL and a BI tool; Python is a plus.
Strong ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for actionable insights.
Passion for online marketing and media; industry experience is a plus.
