Responsibilities

Understand the customer’s organizational structure and network implementation to design a sustainable network.

Conduct network information gathering workshops with the customer.

Test new tools, features, and functionality in a laboratory environment.

Test patches and fixes in pre-production and live networks.

Hold technology workshops with the customer to discuss network problems and solutions.

Support design and planning of Juniper products within customers' networks.

Define best practice policies for Juniper product applications.

Develop secondary skills in other products in the Juniper portfolio.
