Responsibilities
Execute B2B Multi-Channel Campaigns: Leverage email marketing, landing pages, in-product messaging, webinars, direct mail, and other relevant channels to optimize Hosts' lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
RV Dealership Engagement: Coordinate campaigns to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. This also includes managing mailing kits and membership code management
Content Creation: Collaborate with the Host Relations team to produce high-quality content to complement the appropriate Host lifecycle.
Host Education and Recognition: Improve processes to increase Hosts’ success and engagement through milestone celebrations, Host highlights and press features, surveys, and testimonials.
Project Management: Manage communications around special projects with organization and efficiency, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, public relations, or a relevant field
3-5 years of proven experience executing B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging traditional and digital channels
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across various brands simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, can articulate ideas clearly, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with marketing technologies and tools, including Asana, Intercom, HubSpot, and Excel/Sheets
