Responsibilities
Assist management with determining market strategies & goals for each product and service offered
Research new customers and better understand existing ones to increase market share
Evaluate products & services based on customer’s technical & manufacturing needs
Follow up on leads hot and cold, and properly track and focus on all opportunities
Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments
Establish and maintain industry contacts that contribute to the sales process
Create and maintain relationships with key decision makers
Work with operations staff to turn over jobs for proper installation and assist thereafter if needed
Provide weekly updates to management about opportunities, challenges, contracts, and areas of focus
