Responsibilities
Designing & Building Websites: Create unique and aesthetically exciting websites using Webflow CMS.
Ongoing Maintenance: Vet post-launch update requests, make recommendations, and execute.
Creative Direction: Conceptualize page layouts, animations, and user interactions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure branded, accurate, and high-quality work.
Marketing Strategy: Make design recommendations and optimize user experience.
Intuitive Communication: Interface with clients and internal teams effectively.
Obsessive Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and quality in work.
Expert Organization and Project Management: Multitask and hit deliverable deadlines.
Keen Analytical Skills: Understand marketing metrics and problem-solving through data.

Required
1+ years designing websites in the Webflow content management system
Familiarity with other content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, SquareSpace, Duda or Wix
Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript and how they work together
A passion for helping clients and small businesses succeed
Preferred
Volume web design experience in an agency setting
Digital marketing experience (including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Content and Ads Management)
Webflow Client-First experience
GSAP Animation
Project management experience
UX/UI design background
Knowledge of dental industry or dental services
