Responsibilities

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within cloud manufacturing/fulfillment processes.

Document processes and manage business processes effectively.

Handle incident and problem management tasks.

Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the team.

Create and maintain metadata documentation and team information in SharePoint and AzureDevOps.

Required

Bachelor's degree in science or arts required.

2+ years of overall experience in the field.

Proficiency in MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook (2+ years experience).

Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, or PowerApps tools (2+ years experience).

Familiarity with Agile Dev Ops tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Confluence (1+ year experience).
