Responsibilities

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.

Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

Required

Minimum 7 years experience with influencers and a strong understanding of relationship management

Minimum 7 years experience with a CRM, influencer management tools, and Discord is a plus

Minimum 7 years experience with working at both strategic and tactical levels to drive large-scale campaigns

Minimum 7 years experience with project/program management and working with a workback plan and budget

Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field

5-7 years experience required

Preferred

PMI or PMP certification

Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role
