Responsibilities
Resolve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment.
Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready.
Master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements.
Help clients overcome challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Ensure solutions consider current architecture, operating environment, future functionality, and enhancements.

Required
5+ years of experience with applying agile software development to modernize systems
5+ years of experience with relational database design, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
5+ years of experience with web development frameworks, including Angular, React, or Vue.js
5+ years of experience with microservices and containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts
Experience with designing applications that follow the MVC design pattern
Experience with object-oriented programming in Java, C#, or C++
Experience with rapid prototyping
Experience with Agile and Scrum project management, including cost and time estimates
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
Preferred
Experience with government cloud services provided by AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with DevSecOps
Ability to communicate complex problems and innovative solutions to non-technical clients and audiences
Ability to lead teams of software engineers
Ability to manage and mentor employees in both firm and technical competencies
