Responsibilities
Prioritize and work quickly and efficiently against tight deadlines.
Execute tactical direction efficiently with a keen eye for clean design.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and presentation design (Powerpoint).
Demonstrate proficiency in Sketch app and/or video editing skills.
Maintain a positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges.
Communicate effectively across departments and work independently on assignments with efficiency and organization.

Required
Self-starter with 5-10 years of experience in digital design with eCommerce focus.
Prior experience in either a creative agency or in-house design team.
Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices.
Ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently against tight deadlines.
Keen eye for clean design and ability to execute tactical direction efficiently.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and presentation design (Powerpoint).
Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges with strong cross-department communication skills.
Ability to work independently on assignments quickly and with efficiency and organization.
Preferred
Preferably from a prestige beauty background.
Sketch app and/or video editing skills.
