Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring delivery efficiency of the squad team based on priorities set by the product owner and ensuring successful execution of the offer backlog.

Facilitate day-to-day Agile processes and scrum events within the team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Scrum of Scrums.

Guide, coach, and train the scrum teams in the adoption of the Scrum framework.

Partner with Product Owners and Solutions Architects to ensure alignment.

Create and maintain the Sprint calendar, publish Sprint updates, and assist in cross-functional meetings.

Contribute to a continuous improvement culture and drive scrum efficiency using the Scrum framework.

Required

A Bachelor's degree in a related field

3+ years’ experience practicing agile principles and frameworks and running agile ceremonies

A strong understanding of cross-functional agile teams and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience with scrum/agile teams across hardware/software platforms and/or services execution teams is a plus

A strong attention to detail and proven track record of driving results

Project Management experience

Advanced analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills
