Responsibilities

Defines measurement strategy to support operational needs and growth initiatives.

Establishes targets for industry-leading operational performance based on continuous improvement and benchmarking.

Manages measurement gathering and reporting processes.

Organizes and chairs performance reviews with the executive team.

Works with Operating units to find optimum solutions for asset and resource requirements.

Develops Operational solutions to support Business Development strategies.

Conducts special studies and analysis to support senior management decisions and operational change.

Supports/directs site quotecell quoting activities within the segment.

Evaluates cost models and develops manufacturing strategies for new customer opportunities.

Acts as a liaison between Corporate and the sites/regions for communicating operational initiatives and challenges.

Develops and maintains various global databases for sharing information.

Required

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Production and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and the profitability of the unit.

In–depth knowledge of manufacturing, the production process and the tools and equipment used in the process.

Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

Ability to establish manufacturing goals and coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet quality and quantity metrics.

Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers and the senior management team.

Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high performance levels within tight time deadlines in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.

Extensive experience in World Class Manufacturing/Lean implementation.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively cross functionally and with other sites to achieve objectives

Strong PCBA/BoxBuild operations process background

Excellent business, analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills

Proven ability to manage project and meet required

Previous Program Management / Manufacturing Eng experience

Strong financial acumen
