Responsibilities
Perform and supervise a small team of trades to conduct inspections and condition assessments of federal and commercial facilities.
Certify results of inspections and assessments.
Develop cost estimates for construction of facilities and performance of preventative maintenance and repairs of facilities.
Provide facility maintenance and costing expertise to various programs.

Required
Must be a US Citizen
Professional Engineer (PE) with current license in any US state
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related discipline
Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Experience in design, construction, or maintenance of Federal or DoD facilities a plus
Experience with computer aided engineering processes and tools for facility construction and maintenance/repair is required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and results driven
Preferred
Experience with Sustainment Management Systems, e.g. BUILDER
Specific experience preparing cost estimates using RS Mean/CostWorks software and the Marshall & Swift Valuation guide
