Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and drive overall wafer clamping function solutions

Handle customer wafer roadmaps including wafer warpage and backside coating variability

Maintain image quality, contamination, and availability performance requirements

Ensure proper wafer clamping and grounding

Utilize skills in mechatronics, robotics, metrology, and semiconductor

Required

MS degree or higher

8+ years of experience

Experience with electric schematics and harnessing for high voltage control and sensing, embedded electronics and firmware, communication interfaces and control algorithms

Experience with modeling and analysis engineering software such as Matlab/Simulink, Ansys/Comsol etc.

Both hands-on lab experience as well theoretical analysis of design and troubleshooting problems

Experience leading a team of engineers to execute implementation of a design architecture

Experience with technical writing of requirements, design specifications and test plans

Preferred

Experience within semiconductor equipment manufacturing
