Responsibilities

Oversee adherence to objectives set by management and contractual agreements with customers.

Take full ownership of the business plan and financial authority within the given responsibilities.

Establish the program's framework and translate program objectives to functional departments.

Manage the program team and ensure effective management of performance, cost, quality, and timelines.

Interface directly with customers to foster sales opportunities, develop action plans, and facilitate business growth.

Pilot development and sustaining programs, manage risks, coordinate department interactions for timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage bid/no bid phases, ensure SOW compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
