Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using various tools and techniques.

Repair or replace defective components such as motors, belts, gears, or electrical wiring.

Maintain documentation and records for equipment maintenance activities, including inspections and part replacements.

Provide support in mechanical installations, troubleshoot hydraulics, and electrical/mechanical issues on machinery.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to make appropriate repairs.

Install and service hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, communication, and process control systems.

Collaborate with continuous improvement engineers and production departments to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.

Adhere to safety standards and use personal protective equipment.
