Responsibilities

Performs ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.

Performs assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.

Assists the operations team in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and other materials as directed.

Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

Replaces lighting and ballasts.

Cleans HVAC coils, changes filters, and belts.

Complies with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.

Recognizes danger and safety hazards and proposes methods to eliminate them.

Required

Experience in maintenance and repair of building and equipment

Ability to perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and other installed systems

Knowledge of HVAC systems including cleaning coils, changing filters, and belts

Compliance with safety procedures and maintaining good housekeeping in work areas

Ability to recognize and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards
