Responsibilities

Review and approve work orders to ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Obtain and evaluate subcontractors for various maintenance tasks.

Create preventative maintenance plans for building systems.

Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes.

Manage communication and coordination tasks within the team.

Supervise Building Technicians through recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.

Participate in the design and construction of new facilities.

Manage emergency responses and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.

Required

Commercial Building experience (minimum 10 years)

HVAC

High Rise Maintenance

In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical)

Proficiency in BMS/BAS, SCADA, fire alarm, VESDA systems

Ability to read and interpret building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings

Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
