Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to plan, schedule, and budget the project
Coordinate equipment and materials, delegate work, and organize logistics
Keep track of spending, monitor progress, and solve issues that arise
Avoid scope creep and ensure quality throughout the project
Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks in real time
Maintain good relationships with stakeholders

Required
10 to 15 years in overall construction experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager/Super on commercial and/or home renovation and remodel project experience
Experienced in handling multiple projects at once
Best candidates would come from carpentry in commercial and high-end residential industry and have experience running their own company at some point so they have experience from all aspects of a project
