Responsibilities

Assisting the project superintendent in resolving field problems

Reviewing and coordinating shop drawings to ensure conformity with contract documents

Assembling data for change order requests, and facilitating subcontractor performance

Supporting the coordination and expediting of material and equipment deliveries, assisting with the approval of progress payments, and participating in quality control activities

Attending job progress meetings, maintaining records, and preparing meeting minutes

Ensuring compliance with company and contract requirements to support the overall construction schedule, providing technical support in pre-construction, and representing the company in meetings when the project manager is unavailable
