Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and on-demand training material to meet employee development needs, utilizing instructional design techniques and technology.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content.
Determine training needs and knowledge gaps, and design appropriate solutions.
Create user guides, playbooks, and other training materials based on identified training needs.
Determine the most effective training delivery methods, including instructor-led, on-demand, or a mix of both.
Support the design of wiki pages, and the planning and implementation of professional education courses, leadership training, and other eLearning initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
6-8 years of experience in designing and creating training material in a corporate environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theories, practices, and the principles of human behavior.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing for the creation of engaging learning content.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred
Technical proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, GlobalMeet, Broadcast, and Cornerstone.
Familiarity with tax, accounting, or finance is desirable but not mandatory.
Previous experience in designing wikis from a learning perspective.
