Responsibilities

Proactively manage project plans for multiple projects – know what’s coming up, and staying ahead

Manage consultants and resource allocation

Responsible for all financial aspects of projects and project reporting

Coordinate all activities internally and with the customer

Communicate effectively and with all levels at the customer from daily users to C level executives

Govern projects – steering committee meetings, provide biweekly status reports, ensure budget adherence, and manage scope

Demonstrate value to the customer

Mentor project managers

Required

Typically requires 3-5 years or more of related project management experience

Have customer-facing, client-focused experience

Have experience in ERP Project Management, Microsoft Dynamics preferred

Have leadership experience

Have experience in Enterprise Level Software implementations

Have worked with demanding customers

Have handled resource allocation

Be highly proactive with both customers and internal resources

Be comfortable juggling different responsibilities
