Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into database systems and spreadsheets.
Verify and correct data to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
Strictly follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Conduct data cleaning to remove duplicate or outdated information.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Required
Previous experience in data entry or a similar position.
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and database software.

Ability to generate basic reports and data analysis.
