Responsibilities

Solution, Design, and Development of Java, J2EE, WebServices, and JMS

Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate/ORM, Apache CXF, and JAXB

Experience in Unix, Shell scripting, Schedulers, Batch Jobs, and Application Servers

Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge of SQL and Stored Procedures

Experience in full life cycle of application development and deployment

Tuning all tiers of applications on JEE platform

Object-Oriented Analysis and designing architecture, reusable components, and frameworks

Using JEE patterns in real-time situations

Guiding the team from a technical perspective

Sharing technical knowledge and communicating technical concepts

Improving application development processes and tools

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all management levels
