Responsibilities

Preliminary design and scope of work
Preliminary electrical/mechanical budgets
Coordinate with mechanical designers to produce the final design and scope of work
Collect, review, and organize product submittals
Research customers’ existing and future equipment and utility requirements
Review mechanical/electrical/plumbing plans with the team for accuracy
Work with team on hard bid projects
Manage mechanical/electrical/plumbing trades as a project proceeds

Required

Five years experience in electrical design/estimating and project management
Proficient in the use of the National Electrical Code (Master Electrician license preferred)
Involved in the upfront sales process to have a full understanding of the entire project from start to finish
