Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable API and UI integration test suites using Typescript or Python, Docker, Github Actions, and AWS.
Partner in the design, code review, and testing of all features, to ensure our customers can use a stable platform.
Adapt to customer needs, ensuring the organization tests the core areas, but maintains the ability to change the product as we receive feedback.
Collaborate with internal partners to define testing requirements and deliver the product that materially impacts the business and solves customers’ needs.
Build seamless, maintainable backend tooling and scripting to support a great developer experience.
Roll up your sleeves and code, showcasing the elegance and efficiency of your experience and problem-solving.
Partner with other engineers in a collaborative way, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
Comfort level at an early stage company where duties include manual testing, writing tickets, reviewing engineers code review, and documentation.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
3-5 years of proven experience as a Software Developer in Test Engineer, writing frameworks at scale.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks with Python and Typescript a must.
Working knowledge of Cypress or Playwright for UI automation.
Strong experience with GraphQL API testing using jest and pytest.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS.
Experience in building integration test frameworks from scratch and integrating them into Github Actions or equivalent.
Focus on the developer experience to ensure all developers can contribute to the integration testing.
Personal ownership and pride in shipping high-quality, scalable and clean code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Excitement to adapt to customer feedback and adopt this feature change into the integration test suite.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience with Docker, Github Actions, and AWS.
Experience with Typescript for API and UI integration tests.
