Responsibilities

Assisting the marketing team with all aspects of new home marketing including implementation of social media posting and engagement, community signage, advertising, digital marketing, and general marketing department support.

Being multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, able to cope well under pressure, maintain good judgment, eager to learn, and having a professional, supportive attitude.

Performing all other duties as assigned.

Required

Currently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing

Must possess initiative and be highly motivated

Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word on Mac or PC platforms

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule

Strong organizational skills

Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills

Follow directions from a supervisor

Interact well with co-workers

Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

Accept constructive feedback

Team player

Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities

Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less

Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard
