Responsibilities
Manage and maintain networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Administer Google Workspace services like Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet.
Provide support for the Priority ERP system, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
Manage hardware resources such as servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Monitor and manage the ticketing system, responding to user requests and incidents promptly.
Maintain and optimize SQL databases, including administration, performance tuning, and backup/recovery procedures.
Collaborate with IT team members and departments to implement new technologies and systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve IT infrastructure and processes continuously.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
Experience with Google Workspace administration and services.
Familiarity with ERP system, preferably Priority Software ERP.
Proficiency in hardware management, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and ITIL practices.
Solid understanding of SQL databases and experience with database administration tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
