Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate the roadmap for the platform in alignment with strategic and financial goals

Gather and analyze quantitative market evidence to describe the market opportunity, develop business cases, and drive investment

Facilitate continuous dialog with customers via interviews, win/loss calls, and competitive analysis

Generate prioritized roadmap deliverables and product requirements to address multidimensional needs across the product lifecycle

Own Agile artifacts and ceremonies for sprint teams, ensuring roadmap success and timely risk mitigation actions

Partner with Marketing to leverage market insights into sales-enabling tools and customer-facing programs

Required

8+ years direct experience in product management for an enterprise software or platform SaaS product. Prior experience in a technical product management role or developing platform products and integrating individual products into a platform offering

Strong business acumen, experience managing product vision, Go-To Market strategy and competitor analysis

Familiarity with user authentication and authorization solutions

Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly within your product as you develop, communicate and execute on the product roadmap vision

Direct experience in an Agile software development in a continuous delivery environment

Direct experience leading geographically remote teams

High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks

Ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement while working cross-functionally to solve business problems and meet business goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
