Responsibilities

Providing oversight, management, and reporting on highly complex projects – New-market and process improvement projects are non-standard and highly complex. This individual will have multiple projects ongoing at one time.

Risk Mitigation – Identify risk proactively and take an active approach to mitigation in order to keep project timelines on-track.

Primary contact for Project Sponsors – Provide updates to project sponsors, including executive management, and maintain relationships through transparency and consistency.

Work in this role will be non-routine and highly complex. There will be multiple sponsors, stakeholders, and project contributors in each project. This individual will be required to apply consistent pressure on project players to ensure projects remain on track and any risk is identified and mitigated.
