Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a niche book of business.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and new business.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.

Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.

Handle policy renewals and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Stay up to date with this niche industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Required

Experience in Commercial Lines as an Account Manager.

Strong Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

Proficiency in Insurance Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
