Responsibilities
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet deadlines. Manage project budgets and drive requirements compliance. Manage project change requests and mitigate risks. Present project status reports to executive management. Track schedules, resources, and software development processes. Liaise between company, customers, and third parties. Develop progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members. Conduct project postmortems and develop best practices for project management. Keep abreast of technical and product development trends in the medical device space.

Required
University degree in the field of business administration, engineering, information systems, or a combination of equivalent work experience and education.
5-10 years of managing projects.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects, 4-6 years of experience in an Agile software project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Significant experience with IEC 62304 for medical device software compliance is highly desired.
Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
Competence with office software applications (e.g. MS Office 365, Google office apps).
Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Preferred
PMI Certification in PMP or PgMP is desired.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
