Responsibilities
Build production systems that improve developer productivity and automate the work of running systems with a focus on LLMs and generative AI technologies.
Be a technical leader and establish culture, as well as mentor other engineers.
Design, implement, and launch data pipelines to clean and ingest data from various internal sources.
Design and curate datasets and train/finetune models.
Design experiments, test them on users, analyze.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field experience
Strong software engineering skills
Experience in leading the design and implementation of AI-powered services and applications and data pipelines
Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector stores, embedding models and instruction/chat models
