Responsibilities
Develop, design, and implement investments to support workforce needs, provider infrastructure, and member health outcomes.
Monitor program budget and expenditures, and identify funding opportunities for program activities.
Conduct needs assessments, develop strategies for investment execution, and draft agreements and work plans.
Contribute to annual strategic investment planning, summarize investment plans, and assess program performance.
Maintain compliance knowledge, prepare reports for stakeholders, and implement process improvements as needed.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Related Field
At least 4 years work experience doing problem solving, policy, and/or project implementation in a health care or a related field
Experience building relationships with organizations and business partners
At least 1-year experience in leading project teams
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and project planning and implementation skills
Demonstrated strong writing and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to synthesize and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data
Knowledge of health care operations or health care systems
Preferred
Master's Degree in Public Health or Related Field
