Responsibilities
Product Support: Provide support for Regulatory Products and 3M HIS products, perform application testing, act as third level support for CRS, 360 Encompass, and AEHRM issues, participate in team evaluations and incident management.
Communication/Documentation: Communicate via multiple media, including WebEx conference calls, in person participation, and written documentation across audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
3 or more years of experience in specifically related responsibilities
3 or more years of experience in coding experience or IT support of coding products
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)

3 or more years of experience in coding experience or IT support of coding products
Experience supporting and troubleshooting HL7 interfaces (including ADT, BAR, DFT, MDM, ORU)
Experience with business requirement writing
