Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements from internal teams.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.
Provide support for projects and regulatory reporting.
Utilize tools/systems such as Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Crystal Reports, and others.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Two (2) years business analysis project coordination related experience required.
Experience and/or training in computer and database applications required.
Preferred
Experience and/or training in statistics, computer science, data management or similar fields preferred.
Health Plans or health care experience preferred
Experience working with Power BI preferred
SQL experience
Prior experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst position
Ability to partner with internal customers to gather business and technical requirements
