Responsibilities

Building relationships with strategic business partners, mission-critical trade partners, suppliers, team members, and industry stakeholders

Engagement in civic and association efforts

Personally owning relationships with customer projects, programs, and executive leadership. Networking within strategic industry partnerships and communities to build on company branding and visibility of project teams

Providing exceptional customer experience relative to mission-critical construction projects including a focus on client engagement as well as clear communication on project performance and future partnerships

Logistical oversite of deliverables

Projects 100% accountability

Mentorship of team members to meet internal and external goals

Engagement in the preparation of estimating and proposal presentation

Developing and possessing exceptional operational knowledge of the entire scope of performed work and overseeing management of all work to ensure success

Compiling lessons learned, advancements, SOPs, and innovations to internal stakeholders across multiple business units to create an efficient, uniform approach to completing the customer’s work

Incorporating safety into all project activities, and elevating the efforts of staff, promoting safe production and practices

Bachelor's degree in a technical degree

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead

Strong organizational skills

Certifications in leadership, project management, or equivalent
