Responsibilities
Partner with the brokerage team to ensure excellent client experiences using database management systems.
Manage and maintain broker partners' schedules, follow up on communication, and confirm project details.
Support transactions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and uphold the company culture in the Boston office.
Look after office administration, management, and plan/executing team events.

Required
At least three years of work experience in a professional environment required
No previous commercial real estate experience required
Upbeat, happy, friendly and client-centric
Nurturing personality with the ability to build up teammates with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
