Responsibilities
Lead exploratory research to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes
Conduct experiments (including AB tests) that maximize learnings for new marketing initiatives
Maintain a suite of business intelligence frameworks and dashboards to unlock actionable business insights
Analyze overall marketing performance to identify trends, anomalies, or other potentially actionable insights
Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to improve analytical deliverables
Build strong relationships with cross functional partners to maintain alignment and awareness across initiatives

Required
1+ years of work experience in analytics (prior marketing experience highly preferred)
Proficiency with SQL and BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
Superior problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and innovatively
Exceptional written and oral communication
Detail oriented; able to effectively balance ad hoc requests with long-term R&D; consistently maintains rigorous documentation
Roll-up-the sleeves work ethic and “do-what-it takes” attitude to efficiently execute and drive results in a fast-paced work environment
