Responsibilities
Analytical support of all financing-related activities, including Excel modeling, report generation, and coordinating with various internal teams.
Building underwriting and financial models to support debt financing structures.
Ensuring compliance with lender and/or servicer requirements and debt covenants.
Preparing and maintaining comprehensive debt-related documentation.
Tracking market-specific performance indicators within the real estate market.
Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for senior management, board of directors, and investors.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
4-6 years business-related experience in corporate finance, CPG and/or manufacturing industry preferred
Investment banking experience in capital markets, M&A for privately held companies beneficial
Experience in financial valuation modeling including ROI, DCF, IRR and advanced Excel proficiency
