Responsibilities

Managing the Backlog: Develop the product backlog, including the development of digital, e-commerce user stories, B2C product in collaboration with the UX Strategists, Technology Team, and other Business SMEs

Prioritizing Development Effort: Lead the prioritization effort with our development team(s) to ensure we are focused on the highest value features

Accepting User Stories: Work with the development team to test and accept completed work through the sprint process

Developing Business Processes: Develop, document, and improve core business processes with a focus on sales, maintenance, and renewals

Collaborate with Stakeholders/Business Partners: This role will be working in concert with a broader digital transformation effort that crosses multiple teams in a highly mixed organization
