Responsibilities

Manage calendar, expenses, and travel coordination for a team of executives using Concur.

Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal teams.

Support the success of executives by taking an active role in their needs and projects.

Work on various ad-hoc projects, including coordinating team events.

Required

Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion while anticipating needs of the executives you support

Experience acting as a problem solver who can multi-task with ease

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, a strong sense of ownership, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Financial industry experience is preferred
